Graham Bruce Hancock is a British writer and journalist who specialises in pseudoscientific theories involving ancient civilisations, stone monuments or megaliths, altered states of consciousness, ancient myths, and astronomical or astrological data from the past. His books include Lords of Poverty, The Sign and the Seal, Fingerprints of the Gods, Keeper of Genesis, The Mars Mystery, Heaven's Mirror, Underworld: The Mysterious Origins of Civilization, and Talisman: Sacred Cities, Secret Faith. In 1996 he appeared in The Mysterious Origins of Man. Fingerprints of the Gods is a non-fiction research work published in 1995. This book is subtitled "The Evidence of Earth's Lost Civilization."
